Integrative Psychotherapy

Session Fee: £65 per session.   Affordable Rate between £30 & £50.

Integrative Psychotherapy is a combined approach to psychotherapy that brings together psychoanalytic, humanistic and cognitive psychological theories of counselling.

Integrative therapists take the view that there is no single approach that can treat a person in all situations. Each person needs to be considered as a whole and psychotherapeutic techniques must be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.

We believe that no one theory holds the answer, we promote the individuality of the person through a psychotherapeutic practice that integrates a person's personality and needs. Integrative psychotherapy enables the person to become aware of their affective, behavioural, cognitive, physiological systems that exists within, as well as exploring social and spiritual aspects.

We are not only concerned with what works, what doesn't but also why and how it works.

As integrative therapists we tailor therapy to our clients and not the client to the therapy. We expect the client to take personal responsibility from the beginning.

We emphasise the quality of the relationship between therapist and client and encourage the client to explore their experience(s) within a safe and supportive space supported by a secure relationship.
